Our primary service is a £20/month starter website subscription (1–5 pages, with monthly revisions and ongoing support via email). Sign-up and payment are completed via Stripe; we may contact you by email or phone to complete onboarding and provide support.

Payment information

Sign-up and payments are processed securely by Stripe (via our payment link). We do not store or have access to your full card details. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it.

  • Hetzner: Secure hosting infrastructure (EU) for our systems and support operations

Customer support requests and website change requests may be processed on our systems (including infrastructure hosted in the EU). To deliver the service efficiently, we may use automated tools or AI to assist with handling support requests and implementing website changes. This processing is carried out to perform our contract with you and is under our control.

Where we or our processors transfer data outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) are in place.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Active customers: Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after cancellation
  • Enquiry data: If you submit a form but don't become a customer, your data is retained for up to 6 months
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google's default) and is anonymised

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

By signing up via our Stripe payment link or contacting us, you consent to receiving email and SMS communications related to your account and our services. These may include:

  • Service and billing notifications
